- Ellen Klein volunteered to serve as Treasurer
- Committees agreed to meet prior to the August 25 meeting and give a tentative status report
- Leslie Coller and Alana Rothlein agreed to create a flyer to distribute to students and parents at the August 11 scheduling meeting to recruit potential committee members for the August 25 meeting
- Andy Weiss agreed to solicit faculty attendance at the August 25 meeting
- Committees agreed to create a tentative calendar of yearly activities with an approximate budget for discussion at the September 4 meeting.
- Andy Weiss agreed to send a list of committee members’ emails to the various committees.

Action Needed:
- We need people willing to join the Fundraising Committee.
- We need people willing to chair the Business Relations Committee and co-chair the Student Recruitment Committee.
- We need volunteers to serve as the Advisory Board Chairperson and Treasurer.
- We need additional members from all segments of the community, especially students, teachers, and representatives of the wider community.
- I will invite Mrs. Sahwell to our next meeting to discuss setting up a College Committee.
Positions will be finalized at the August 5 meeting. Please work your social networks to recruit additional volunteers for our Advisory Board.
